The official title “Minecraft” along with all associated imagery, brand names, game assets, and intellectual properties are registered trademarks belonging exclusively to their respective owners.
1. “As-Is” Software Provision
All binaries, custom render wrappers, and setup packages compiled here are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” architecture. We offer absolutely zero explicit operational warranties, performance stability assurances, or version compatibility guarantees.
2. Device & Performance Liability
Translating desktop engine graphics (OpenGL) over to mobile layouts (Vulkan/Vulkan ES) puts intensive strain on device components. We accept zero legal responsibility for device overheating, sudden local OS crashes, or structural data corruptions occurring through experimental modifications.
3. Account Integrity Protection
PojavLauncher connects directly with official Microsoft OAuth access protocols to check valid licenses. Because no login codes touch our site servers, we cannot be held responsible for outside server access drops or multi-factor account synchronization problems on Mojang’s network.

Our landing pages may offer resource links over to third-party file repositories or show targeted advertisement frames. We do not manage, monitor, or verify the safety, download integrity, or terms of use for those outside services.
